MHCSC/MBS does not collect, rent or sell your personally identifiable information. This includes, but is not limited to, mailing addresses, telephone or fax numbers and email addresses.
MHCSC/MBS may offer users, from time to time, the opportunity to register for surveys and other research related activities. We will do this by posting an invitation to take a survey by clicking on a link or button which will take the user to another site. We do not collect personally identifiable data. Our surveys are anonymous and not linked directly to a specific participant.
